\ne-mail:info@heykiddo.se<\/a>, hereinafter referred to as the \"Company\", sells services inchildcare<\/a>(the \"Service(s)\") to private individuals and companies in Sweden (\"Customer(s)\").<\/p>\n

These general terms and conditions (\"Terms and Conditions\") apply when a Customer enters into an agreement with the Company regarding any of the Services provided by the Company. This version of the Terms and Conditions is valid from 01\/06\/2020. The Company may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time, for example to comply with legal obligations. Prior to such a change in the Terms, a notice informing the Customer of this will be sent to the Customer by e-mail. The new Terms will not be applied by the Company until at least two months after the Customer has been notified of the changes to the Terms as described above. If the Company's amendment of these Terms and Conditions or of the price of the Services under clause 5 below is not acceptable to the Customer, the Customer is entitled to terminate the Agreement with effect from the date on which the current amended version of the Terms and Conditions came into force. The Customer can always access the latest version of these Terms and Conditions by contacting the Company by e-mail or telephone, contact details above.<\/p>\n

2. notification & conclusion of contract<\/h3>\n

The agreement between the Client and the Company is concluded by the Client contacting the Company through an expression of interest via the registration form on the Company's website, by e-mail or by telephone (\"Expression of Interest\"). As soon as possible after receiving a complete Expression of Interest from the Client, the Company will contact the Client to clarify the Client's needs and wishes and then begin the process of finding a nanny for the Client. Once the Company has found a suitable candidate, the Company presents the nanny to the Client. If the Client notifies the Company that the Client accepts the presented nanny, the Company sends a written confirmation of this to the Client (the \"Confirmation of Agreement\") and thus the parties are considered to have entered into a binding agreement (the \"Agreement\").<\/p>\n

By entering into the Agreement as described above, the Customer accepts and undertakes to comply with these Terms and Conditions. At the same time, the Client confirms that he\/she has read the information on the processing of his\/her personal data in accordance with point 8 below. In order to enter into an agreement with the Company or to be able to book and pay for a Service with the Company, the Client must be at least 18 years old. Otherwise, this must be done with the consent of a guardian.<\/p>\n

The Company does not give any guarantee as to the time within which the Company will find a suitable Nanny. The decisive factor in the matching is that the quality of the Service is as good as possible and that it is, as far as possible, right from the start.<\/p>\n

Before the first babysitting session, contactthe babysitter<\/a>the customer to agree on the exact time and place of performance of the Service.<\/p>\n

2.1 Notification & Contracting for one-off missions<\/h3>\n

Hey Kiddo spends a considerable amount of time finding the right nanny for each assignment. When ordering a one-off assignment, Hey Kiddo's matching work starts immediately after ordering. The customer is bound to the hours they have booked and cannot cancel. In the event that the customer does not want to use the ordered one-time assignment, the customer will still be invoiced for the agreed hours, but at least 5 hours.<\/p>\n

3. Satisfaction guarantee<\/h3>\n

If the Customer is not satisfied with their Nanny after the first occasion, the Company undertakes to offer the Customer to replace the Nanny, or alternatively give the Customer the opportunity to terminate the Agreement. In this case, the Customer must notify the Company by telephone or e-mail that they wish to use their satisfaction guarantee. If the plan proceeds with a second opportunity, without feedback from the Customer, this is counted as confirmation of the agreement and the Customer is thus bound by the agreement.<\/p>\n

Satisfaction guarantee applies to service subscriptions or punch cards (not to one-off orders).<\/p>\n

Once the Client is satisfied with a Nanny, it is the Company's ambition that the Client will be able to continue with this Nanny for as long as the Client wishes. However, the Company makes no guarantees in this respect. If the assigned Nanny cannot fulfil the contract, he\/she will be replaced by a new Nanny according to the wishes.<\/p>\n

4. Purchase and Payment<\/h3>\n

Payment<\/strong>
\nSubscriptions are invoiced monthly in advance with a due date of 25 days. The monthly invoice is based on the number of weeks starting in the current month, i.e. the number of Mondays. Normally there are four weeks per month, but sometimes there are five.<\/p>\n

In the event that the customer has been invoiced too little, or has utilised more time than is included in the service, this will be settled on an ongoing basis through an extra invoice, or through an extra invoice upon termination.The hourly rate is then the same as for the hours included in the subscription.<\/p>\n

Clip cards are invoiced in connection with the purchase of the clip card. If the included hours are exceeded, this is settled by an extra invoice at the same hourly rate.<\/p>\n

Invoices are sent out by e-mail. It is possible to pay for larger vouchers in instalments if requested by phone or email.<\/p>\n

If the Customer wishes to receive a postal invoice, this must be notified toinfo@heykiddo.se<\/a><\/p>\n

The Customer's payment must be received by the Company no later than the due date.<\/p>\n

Minimum time
\n<\/strong>All our programmes have a minimum time per session of 2 hours. The minimum time applies to both subscriptions and clip cards. The minimum time is also charged if the customer chooses to use a shorter session than 2 hours.<\/p>\n

Prices<\/strong>
\nAll applicable prices and charges for the Services are set out in the Company's price list, as amended from time to time. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. However, neither price reductions nor price increases will affect a confirmed Booking or a Service already performed. Please also note the Customer's right to withdraw from the Agreement in accordance with paragraph 1 above. The prices for the Services are presented to the Customer prior to the Booking of the Customer's first teaching session and in connection with the conclusion of the Agreement. The Customer shall pay the price and fees stated in the Agreement.<\/p>\n

Reminder fee and interest for late payment<\/strong>
\nThe Company reserves the right to charge a reminder fee and to charge interest on arrears in accordance with the law if payment is not received by the Company by the due date of the invoice.<\/p>\n

5. Booking and Cancellation<\/h3>\n

Booking means a proposal for a time approved by the Customer\u00a0for childcare<\/a>(\"Booking\") A Booking can be made verbally or by other means (e.g. SMS or e-mail). A Booking is binding and can only be changed as described in these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

The Company reserves the right to cancel a Booking if necessary. In such a case, the Customer must be notified before the start time of the Booking.<\/p>\n

Rebooking service subscription or voucher<\/strong>
\nA Booking can be rebooked by the Customer no later than the day before the Booking (but at least 24 hours before the Booking). Rebooking is primarily done directly between the customer and the nanny and secondarily via customer service.
\nIn case of late rescheduling\/cancellation, the scheduled event will be charged from the customer's subscription.
\nIn the event of non-delivery by the Company of the agreed Booking, e.g. due to illness of the nanny, in the first instance a rebooking with the same nanny shall be made, in the second instance a substitute shall replace the nanny and in the third instance the cost of the Booking shall be credited to the customer.
\nA rebooked event cannot be used instead of another week's regular Booking.<\/p>\n

Hour banks<\/strong>
\nIn case the Customer changes\/cancels the planned shift at least 24 hours in advance, the shift is added to the hourly bank. The Customer can save up to 10 hours of childcare in the hourly bank. Once the hourly bank is full, no more hours can be saved. In the event of late rebooking\/cancellation, the session will be charged and will not be added to the hourly bank. In the event of late rebooking\/cancellation, compensation is also paid to the nanny.<\/p>\n

Rebooking for one-off missions<\/strong>
\nA booked babysitting session for a one-time assignment cannot be cancelled, but you can reschedule for a new time within two weeks of the booked babysitting session if you notify us by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. In case of late cancellation, you will be charged for the entire scheduled time, but at least 5 hours.<\/p>\n

Freezing of subscriptions<\/p>\n

Pause\/freeze ongoing service
\n<\/strong>If the customer does not need their subscription for a period of time, it is possible to freeze the subscription for a maximum of 10 weeks. The request to freeze\/pause the subscription must be submitted by the Customer no later than 4 weeks before the week in question.<\/p>\n

Complaints<\/strong>
\nA Customer who is a consumer and wishes to claim that the Services are faulty and do not meet the Customer's expectations is entitled to do so within three years under the Consumer Services Act. In that case, the Customer shall notify the Company within a reasonable time after the consumer noticed or should have noticed the defect (complaint). Notification of a complaint should primarily be sent to the Company's e-mail address: info@heykiddo.se, or to the Company's postal address: Scheelegatan 8, 112 23 Stockholm.<\/p>\n

5.1 Commitment period<\/h3>\n

As a customer, you can get a lower price by tying up the service for a longer period of time. The commitment period applies to invoiced months. If the commitment period is 6 months and the customer starts on 01 April and takes a break in July, the commitment period will be 7 months, April-October (6 invoiced full months). The service is discounted during the commitment period and when the commitment period expires, the regular price applies, plus a four-week cancellation period. The customer can always add a new commitment period during the service. The discounts apply as follows:<\/p>\n
