- My job is to make sure that every family gets the best possible solution for childcare. I listen to the family's needs, wishes and expectations in order to match them with the right nanny in Stockholm. Once a babysitter is in place, I follow up to ensure that everything is working properly and that both the family and the nanny are happy.
