7 easy autumn leaf crafts for kids

September is here, which means the beautiful colours of autumn are coming out. Maybe the leaves have already started falling from the trees in your garden or park? Here are several simple crafts with autumn leaves for all those cosy autumn days.

Autumn leaves can be found in many different and beautiful colours; red, yellow, orange, brown and so on. This makes them not only beautiful but also a perfect crafting material. Crafting with autumn leaves is a fun and creative activity that you can do with your children or that your children can do with their babysitting during this autumn.

How to make autumn crafts?

The first thing to do, of course, is to go out and collect materials with the children. You can go out to the garden if you have one, otherwise to a nearby park or forest. Not only is it fun to run outside in the fresh air and collect leaves, but it's also good for the children's health as you might not get as much outdoor activity when the weather gets colder.
